To admit deaf and hard-of-hearing students in the Qualifying Year Program, the following rules must apply:-

1. Filling the application form by visiting E-admission gate on required admission deadline.
2. The applicant's high school graduation date must not exceed 5 years (exceptions were made on the 1st and 2nd admissions to allow an opportunity for many applicants ) 
3. A minimum high school certificate degree with an 85% for Al-Amal institutes and integrated education programs for both deaf and hard-of-hearing graduates; a minimum of high school certificate with a 70% general education hard-of-hearing graduates.
4. The applicant  must present a proof of hearing-loss by any governmental entity    
5. The applicant must pass the Qualifying Year admission test, which is designed for deaf and hard-of-hearing students.
6. The applicant must pass the personal interview held by the Admission Committee.
